B.E/B.Tech Civil Engineering
Desirable: Member NICMAR/LLB
Experience: 10-15 Years
- Claim formulations
- Delay analysis
- Client correspondence
- Arbitration
- EPC/Construction industry experience (Metro Underground, Marine, Buildings, etc.)
2. Tendering Risk Analysis
- Mumbai
Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- Preferable: NICMAR/LLB
Experience: 10-15 years (corporate setup)
Key Skills:
Tender document analysis
Risk identification for the contract
Risk mitigation strategy
Negotiation expert
Knowledge about standard form of contract (FIDIC, NEC/CPWD/Metro Organizations/AAI/NHAI)
