Roles and Responsibilities:
1.
Study
of Contract Documents & Preparation of CAD.
2.
Interpretation
of Contractual Provisions.
3.
Drafting
of Contractual/Regular Correspondences.
4.
Identification
and Notifying Force Majeure Events and Preparation of Extension of Time (FOT).
5.
Preparation
of Change of Scope Proposals (COS).
Document Management.
1.
Risk
Assessment related to Contract Agreement.
2.
Preparation
of MPRs and MIS reports.
3.
Should
be handy in Software knowledge like MS Excel/MS Word.
4.
Knowledge
of Dispute Adjudication Process (DAB/DRB/ARBITRATION).
